At the heart of our rum is high-quality molasses made from sugarcane grown in the Kanchanaburi province and purified water from the Ta Chin River. INGREDIENTS
45 ml Phraya Rum Elements 8 Years
15 ml Wild Honey
5 ml Silpin Longan Syrup
15 ml dash Lime Juice
45 ml Apple Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
METHOD
Mix all ingredients in mixing glass. Shake with ice and fine strain into rock glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and mint sprig.
