The heart of our rum lies in the high-quality molasses obtained from sugarcanes of Kanchanaburi, one of the biggest sugarcane growing area where nature remains well preserved. The aging of Phraya Elements follows the tradition of maturing the distillate in fine American oak ex-bourbon barrels, which are stored and aged slowly next to cool water lagoon. After a period of time, our gifted master blender handpicks the contents from various aged charred barrels and intricately blend the selected to perfection. A blend of aged rums, this premium rum provides novel taste sensations that upholds the Craft of Refinement spirit.

45 | ml | Fresh pineapple juice |
10 | ml | Lime juice |
15 | ml | Vanilla syrup |
2 | dashes | Angostura bitters |
METHOD
Shake all ingredients, then pour into a rock glass. Garnish with toasted rosemary and dehydrated pineapple.
*Brew 50 g Thai tea : 500 ml boiled water.

15 | ml | Lemon juice |
20 | ml | Pink grapefruit syrup* |
60 | ml | Soda |
METHOD
Build all ingredients into a wine glass. Garnish with grapefruit or orange wheel and olive.
*Boil 500 ml pink grapefruit juice : 500 g sugar and stir until dissolve. Remove from heat. Strain into bottle and keep refrigerated.
