50ml / 2oz Phraya
25ml / 1oz Juice squeezed from lemons
20ml / ¾oz Vanilla syrup
15ml / ½oz Creme de Cassis
Shake all except Cassis in a cocktail shaker and strain over crushed ice in a 10oz Tumbler. Garnish with a lemon 'snap'
